RETURNS

When receiving a delivery, always sign the carrier’s delivery note with the remark: “PENDING REVIEW.”

If the customer accepts a package that clearly shows signs of tampering or damage, responsibility lies with the customer, and no claims can be made if items are broken or missing. In such cases, the transport company is responsible only until the package is delivered; once accepted in those conditions, claims cannot be made.

If the package arrives in good condition but the contents are damaged or incomplete, the customer must contact:
Iván Rodríguez López: +34 689 24 00 14
within 5 days of receipt, based on the delivery certificate issued by the carrier.

In this case, an insurance claim will be initiated with the transport company, and the customer must cooperate by providing photos and information required to process the claim.

Required photos:

  • Outer packaging (including bubble wrap)
  • Open box showing internal protections
  • Shipping label attached by the carrier
  • Damage to the product

Once the claim is processed, the order will be replaced so the customer does not have to wait for the claim resolution.

Defective or malfunctioning items will always be replaced.

Replacement procedure:

  • Once confirmed, the customer must repackage the items as originally delivered.
  • Contact Iván Rodríguez López: +34 689 24 00 14 to arrange pickup by the carrier.
  • Replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

All products may be returned under the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product, provided they are in perfect condition and exactly as described.

Reasons such as:

  • “I no longer want it”
  • “I found it cheaper”
  • “I don’t like the color”
  • “Purchased by mistake”
  • “Design different than expected”
  • “I received a similar gift”
  • Or any personal reason unrelated to the seller or the product description

→ In these cases, the return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

If the reason does not obligate the seller to assume transportation costs, the return expenses (both shipping and return) will be deducted from the product price.

If the product was paid by card, any bank fees charged by the payment entity will also be deducted.

Products must be in perfect condition, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
In the case of sexual products, the sanitary seal must remain intact. Otherwise, the refund will not be issued, and the buyer will need to arrange collection at their own cost.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

Legal Reference

What is the right of withdrawal?
It is the right of every consumer to return what has been purchased, rendering the contract null and void as if it never existed.

Article 68.1 – Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:
“The right of withdrawal of a contract is the consumer’s right to render the contract null and void by notifying the other party within the established period, without the need to justify their decision and without incurring any penalty.”

Article 69 – Obligation to inform about the right of withdrawal:
The seller must provide written information, in a clear and precise manner, about the right of withdrawal, including requirements, consequences, and return modalities.

Article 71 – Period for exercising the right of withdrawal:
Consumers have a minimum of 14 calendar days to exercise their right, counted from the day of delivery of the goods (or service contract conclusion).
If the seller fails to provide proper information, the withdrawal period is extended up to 12 months.

Article 73 – Expenses related to withdrawal:
Exercising the right of withdrawal will not involve any cost to the consumer.

Exceptions: Certain goods and services are excluded (lottery tickets, shares, fresh food, perishable goods, or products subject to price fluctuations).

If the company is established within the EU, Spanish law applies. If it is outside the EU, international agreements will apply.

Return of Non-Defective Products

Spanish law does not strictly regulate returns of non-defective products. However, under free market principles, the seller may set return policies, such as:

  • Returning products without defect.
  • Exchanging them for vouchers of equal value.
  • Exchanging them for another product of equal value.
  • Refunding the purchase price in case of mistaken purchase.
